Recently, we have won bids for multiple weighing projects and off-site enforcement projects across China.
Several projects are underway simultaneously in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province; Heyuan, Guangdong Province; Dazhou, Sichuan Province; and Bozhou, Anhui Province, with construction progressing rapidly.
The off-site enforcement system, independently developed by Hengliang Tech, is primarily used on multi-lane highways such as national and provincial roads. When vehicles pass through the weighing area under normal driving conditions, the system can directly identify the vehicle's license plate, dimensions, model, number of axles, axle load, and overload status, simultaneously transmitting this information to the weighing center for direct enforcement.
This system mainly comprises several subsystems, including a weighing subsystem, an ALPR subsystem, a variable information system, a vehicle size recognition system, a storage system, and a platform software system. These systems work together seamlessly and are compatible with each other to achieve direct enforcement.
